虽然理想的老师会传道、授业、解惑，甚至有教学相长这样的师生互动关系，
但我们从小到大听到‘导师’这两个字的时候，通常都会想到班上的级任导师。
所以在我们心中不免对导师有自然而然的尊重，
也相对地导致我们下意识地对导师这个名词有上对下的阶级感。
