目前正在念台湾的硕士在职专班，
希望毕业后申请美国某所学校硕士课程，
但该校网页说明中写道：
You are ineligible to apply to this program if you have already earned
a Master of Music in the same major from another institution.
想请问硕士在职专班也会被认为是一样的硕士学历，而被reject吗？
