我之前订Lisbon Mercure也遇到一样的情形
更惨的是，我竟然没发现我只有拿到30%off
也没有记录，当然也就开始去和客服吵(饭店,总客服,大中华区电话)
(是说我也是注册白)
不过过了大约5天(也太久)
Accor才陆续回复(当然电话是即时，电邮比较慢)
饭店方：
I hereby to inform that the your le/club card platinum is already at you
reservation file.
Regarding the 10% discount is not possible, because you have already choose
a promotion rate (SUPERSALE) and is not possible to have a promotion
regarding a promotion.
结论：记录会员号，折扣因为已经有了不能再改
le club总客服：
We received your email dated June 22, 2014 in regards to the super sale on
your future booking, A1A-1111.
Upon checking on the reservation, we would like to inform you that the
reservation is linked to your email address: XXXXXXX@gmail.com which gave
you the opportunity to grab the 30% discount.
However, kindly be reminded that we can no longer change the reservation nor
link it to your Le Club membership as it was already been booked.

结论：很抱歉，虽然可能有输入会员号，但你的联络信箱填错了，
所以适用一般无会员的折扣，当然有就没入帐户！
我一直以为那是用来纯联络用，看来下次要特别注意
电话：
不好意思(大陆口音)，我们无法在这个地方输入会员号，请洽饭店柜台
结论：电话客服无此权限
总结论：请记得输入会员号和正确对应的信箱
然后我发现IE比较不会有问题(以登入帐号却无法显示)
