我没有在文件中找到有关于
licensing agreement SIE has entered into with any third-party publisher over
the past 11 years 这东西
有说到11 年的部分是
These request demand all documents related to nearly all aspects of SIE’s
business, as well as extensive sets of sales, financial, and personal user
data (e.g., user date of birth, country, gender, for likely millions of
users). Ten of these requests seek materials going back more than 11 years
不过也有可能是我漏掉了
至于法院许可的部分只有下面的部份，时间范围在 2019-2023，所以 11 年间
的要求是被驳回的。
‧ The Subpoena is limited to requesting documents from seven custodians:
Hermen Hulst, Eric Lempel, Nick Maguire, Veronica Rogers, Phil Rosenberg, Jim
Ryan, Christian Svensson, and no predecessor custodians shall be required;

另外 MS 的请求中有一个部分是比较明显有问题的是
Microsoft’s demand for performance reviews for SIE’s leadership is obvious
harassment. Even in employment cases courts require a specific showing of
relevance before requiring production of personnel files.
MS 去要求 SIE 领导层的 performance reviews。这部分就是属于个人隐私的部分。这样
的要求是比较有问题的。但是没有意外的这部分被法院驳回了。
如果可以的话还是建议看原本的资料，我总觉得网络转传或是截取部分内容的结果，往往
有很大的落差
