问题内容：
Windows 11 的 Explorer 又换界面。
以前用 Windows 95~windows 7 , 在资料夹下新增是 Alt+F->W-> enter.
用 Windows 10, Alt+F 没有可用选项，要用Alt+2
用 Windows 11, Alt+F 不能用。
请用不想用鼠标的键盘人要怎样在 Windows 11 的 File Explorer 下新增资料夹?
