问题内容：有没有谁能在windows10安装netlimiter4的
我安装后就显示
没有任何在net pipe://127.0.0.1/NetlimiterPipe0 上进行接听的端点
可以接受该讯息，这通常是由布正确f位址或SOAP动作所造成，若有innerException，可

WIN7时用NL3，不支援WIN10.....

把服务关闭再启动就可以咧.........

服务不知道为什么重开机都不会启动
