原本以为F1毕业后在grace period之内可以申请/注册别的学校转学
但是看到这个说明：
“Extremely importantly, no student may apply for an F-1 status related
benefit during the 60 day grace period, except for post-completion O
ptional Practical Training. During the 60 day grace period:
You may not apply for admission to the U.S. in F-1 status
You may not apply for a program extension.
You may not work or study.”

请问这是适用于每个F1学生吗？还是只是各校的规定呢？
另外请问，
F1身份 5月中I-20到期
希望能找到工作办H1B
但是也不一定能在60天grace period里面开始申请H1B的话
该如何延长在美合法居留的时间呢？
(不考虑申请境内转换B1/B2 也不考虑与美国人结婚 假定H1B是不受cap限制)
