抽菸的行为早已行之有年。
过去人们会在公共场合点菸,诸如:餐厅、酒吧、舞厅甚至是机场。
但现在抽菸这个行为常因为健康、污染等问题被讨论,但有些人仍坚持抽菸,或开始学习
如何抽菸。
一旦有了菸瘾便很难戒除,即便你知道这个行为对身体是有害的。
同样地,累积负面情绪或消极面对事情好比抽菸一般,都是很难戒除的习惯,但并非不可能。
若你今天感觉某些事情相当负面或不愉快,呣呣~那么你需要提醒自己即刻转念,并且养
成正向积极的思考模式。

无须在意悲观本质的存在,但也别因此忽略乐观的事实,两者总是相辅相存的。
