如题，在商业email上，要用英文表达附加档案，常看到attached is ...开头， ex:
Attached is the report.
但我的疑问是，动词ed结尾变形容词如果要当名词或主词用，不是要加上 the吗？ 不然
查字典attached本身也不是名词，所以请教各位 attached is这用法是文法上的什么结构
