该命令停止了川普对中国征收的30%关税、对从墨西哥和加拿大进口的部分商品征收的25%
关税，以及对进入美国的大部分商品征收的10%普遍关税。然而，这项裁决不影响对汽车
、汽车零件、钢铁或铝材征收的25%关税，这些关税是依据《1962年贸易扩张法》第232条
（与川普援引的更广泛贸易行动所依据的法律不同）征收的。

对日本汽车征收的25%关税应该是引用Trade Expansion Act of 1962
所以不在这次法院阻止的范围内，偏偏汽车制造业对日本又是最重要的。
不过日经现在还是涨了差不多500点，可能是再加墨生产组装的可以绕过吧。
