〔记者卓怡君／台北报导〕美国传出禁止AMD（超微）与nVidia（辉达）高阶AI与服务器
芯片出口中国，冲击AMD与nVidia股价重挫，外界担心恐对台积电（2330）营收带来影响
，对此亚系外资指出，若美国全面禁止AI与HPC芯片销往中国，未来潜在影响大，对台积
电营收影响最多2%，短线可能影响台积电股价，但其实营收冲击仅有0.5-2%，仍在可控范
围，建议可逢低布局。
根据nVidia最新公告，美国政府要求未来出口中国需要新的许可，短期可能影响A100与
H100 GPU出货，法人估算，占第3季营收约4亿美元，比重为7%，若AMD也同样适用新法，
可能影响台积营收0.5-1%营收。
亚系外资分析，nVidia与AMD两家约来35%营收来自资料中心，假如3分之1销往中国，去年
nVidia与AMD两家客户占台积电营收约16%，短期可能影响台积电股价，但事实上对台积营
收冲击仅有0.5-2%，尚在可控范围，台积电客户分散，并持续拿到更多订单与市占率，有
助弥补美国新禁令的影响。
台积电今日股价跳空开低，盘中跌幅逾2.3%，再度失守500元大关。

On August 26, 2022, the U.S. government, or USG, informed NVIDIA Corporation,
or the Company, that the USG has imposed a new license requirement, effective
immediately, for any future export to China (including Hong Kong) and Russia
of the Company’s A100 and forthcoming H100 integrated circuits. DGX or any
other systems which incorporate A100 or H100 integrated circuits and the
A100X are also covered by the new license requirement. The license
requirement also includes any future NVIDIA integrated circuit achieving both
peak performance and chipto-chip I/O performance equal to or greater than
thresholds that are roughly equivalent to the A100, as well as any system
that includes those circuits. A license is required to export technology to
support or develop covered products. The USG indicated that the new license
requirement will address the risk that the covered products may be used in,
or diverted to, a ‘military end use’ or ‘military end user’ in China and
Russia. The Company does not sell products to customers in Russia.
