而且半导体圈子又小
跟台积的RD大家都学长学弟啦
互相挖角都一直在进行中
以前台积大概都只出得起7-8成的薪水
不过前几年突然提到8-9成 一堆人就回去了
尤其是南科建厂的时候
你可以去数数看有多少台积有多少manager
是英特尔出身的
相对的英特尔也不少台积出身的
不过都是经理以上等级的...
没人会没事挖过设备来的
