课程说明：
介绍计画管理的基础入门技术工具，讨论项目如工作分解结构（Work Breakdown
Structure），网络图解包括前推移及后推移计算、浮时计算、资源规划以及计画财务分
析概论。借由这些基本工具的介绍得以培养计画管理的技能。本课程透过实际演练方式进
行，让参加者可应用所学知识。

上获得客户赏识奖。工作于世界4大洲，在澳洲、亚洲和英国的大学担任讲师；专业经验
来自担任要职于企业部门的R&D实验室，精通于如何准时交付、规划计画和预算编列。
曾任职于电讯、电子工程、医学电子及消费电子产业，他的工作成果更获得同行评审进而
出版及取得诸多专利。荣获国际电子电机工程师学会 (IEEE)颁发的许多奖项，亦聘选为
IEEE消费电子分会杰出讲座并担任广东工业大学兼任教授，Mr. Mozar是电机暨电子工程
师学会澳洲分会和澳洲工程师学会的会员。
Stefan Mozar has extensive experience in Project Management. In his career,
he has worked on projects that won about 30 international design awards, and
he has lead teams that won customer recognition awards in design quality. His
experience includes working on four continents, and lecturing at Universities
in Australia, Asia, and Britain. Most of his experience was gained in
industrial R&D laboratories. He has mastered how to deliver projects on time,
to specification and on budget.
He worked in Telecommunications, Industrial Electronics, Medical Electronics,
and Consumer Electronics. His work resulted in peer reviewed published work,
and patents. He received a number of awards from the IEEE, and is an IEEE
Distinguished Lecturer for the Consumer Electronics Society, and Adjunct
Professor at Guangdong University of Technology. He is a Fellow of the IEEE,
and the Institution of Engineers, Australia, and an Australian Charted
Professional Engineer (CPEng).
