OCP/OPP的百分比不是越高越好
让OCP/OPP在较低的百分比就动作,是考量元件于不同温度下承受能力的差异
在较高的环境温度,元件承受能力会降级,如果这时OCP/OPP抓太高,
可能超出元件SOA(安全作业区),这时就会发生故障/炸机
比较保守的厂商会偏好较低的OCP/OPP,避免在高环境温度下增加故障风险
当然也有的厂商对自己的元件规格较有自信,会抓比较高的OCP/OPP
