[概念] 请问关于Java的constructor

大家好~之前在公司主要维护VB6.0开发的AP，最近转换跑道，新公司是用JAVA当作
开发工具，所以最近都在念JAVA，在看Thinking in JAVA时，看到关于constructor
的章节，里面有提到将constructor变成private，我实在不太懂为何要将constructor
变成private，然后用static method回传此class的instance，实在不懂为何要这样
做？请各位前辈指点，感谢
