A player who withholds playing services called for by a Player Contract for
more than thirty (30) days after the start of the last Season covered by his
Player Contract shall be deemed not to have “complet[ed] his Player Contract
by rendering the playing services called for thereunder.” Accordingly, such
a player shall not be a Veteran Free Agent and shall not be entitled to
negotiate or sign a Player Contract with any other professional basketball
team unless and until the Team for which the player last played expressly
agrees otherwise.
如果一名身背球员合同的球员在其合同最后一个赛季开始时超过三十天内一直未能出战，那
么根据球员合同中的条例，他将被视作没有完成这份球员合同。
因此，这样的球员将不能成为一名完全自由球员，且无法与另一支球队谈判并签下球员合
