Doc Rivers Unsure If He'll Return Next Season
Doc Rivers is still not sure whether he will return to coach the Boston
Celtics next season.
"I don’t know that right now," said Rivers, who still has three years left
on his deal. "I can’t make that decision now. I’m under contract and we’ll
see.
"Honestly, I just can’t even think about that right now. So I don’t know.”
Danny Ainge has said he expects Rivers to come back.

vacancy, according to a league source.
Van Gundy also has been contacted by the Los Angeles Clippers about their
coaching vacancy.
The Nets are in search of a replacement for P.J. Carlesimo, who led the team
to the playoffs with a 49-33 record and a fourth seed in the Eastern
Conference.
