Spurs pick-and-roll to Conference Finals

The San Antonio Spurs knocked off the Golden State Warriors to reach the
Western Conference Finals for the second straight season and the eighth time
in the last 15 seasons. Here are five things you need to know about the
Spurs.

since 1996-97.

Cooper.
