字面上的意思, suit up指的是穿上制服/队服/正式服装, 引申为上场
这则rumor的来源, 是HOOPSWORLD的这则报导

这则报导则是说
Rose may suit up for Game 3, which will be played this Friday. Suiting up
doesn’t guarantee that Rose will play, but being in uniform on the bench
rather than donning a suit would be a step forward for the 24-year-old
所以, 这边的suit up, 只是指Rose会在G3穿上球衣在场边看球而已
并不是说他会上场
不过这则rumor也说, 如果有紧急情况, Rose还是有可能上场
BUT....
有没有机会上场, 看赛前的13人名单就知道了
不在名单上, 再怎么紧急也不可能上场的....
所以Rose上不上, 一定是赛前就有想法, 不可能像这则报导说的

只是说他可能会穿着球衣坐在场边而已....
