这边要推一下 google 的客服与保固。
我之前在新西兰的时候买了一只二手的英国 pixel，结果用了大概两三个月就 mic 挂点
花了很多时间跟 google 周旋，最后成功出保，但是手机也是绕了地球快一圈。
因为这个问题很明显是手机本身的瑕疵所以我一直争取，换了好几个客服，
本来希望的是先出保他们跨国寄送整新机给我，然后我再把我的手机送到有保固国家。
但是他们的客服好像不是很熟悉这个流程，所以跟我有一些误会。
他们说在英国购买的手机必须要在英国出保，
而且我必须要在英国处理这个流程，即我必须要有英国的地址可以收发手机。
中间很复杂就不赘述了，有兴趣的我可以把 email 翻出来。
最后他们提供了一种很神秘的作法，他们说可以帮我'移居'到我方便出保的国家
这个流程号称一生只能跑一次，我提供了我在美国留学的朋友的联络资料。
完成这个流程之后我就麻烦我朋友帮我收整新品。
然后我再去他那边把手机寄出，
而且整个流程都是有手机可以用而不需要再买一只免洗代用机。
在台湾的流程不知道有没有可能这样跑，但是给各位参考看看。
