官方确实引用了RULE 3.05(B)这条
If the pitcher is replaced, the substitute pitcher shall pitch to the batter
then at bat, or any substitute batter, until such batter is put out or
reaches first base, or until the offensive team is put out, unless the
substitute pitcher sustains injury or illness which, in the umpire-in-chief's
judgment, incapacitates him for further play as a pitcher.

）才能被换下，除非中间有出事情，比如受伤啦，才不受此限
联盟据此罚了主审Fieldin Culbreth 禁赛两场，而其他三位裁判则受到罚款。
至于太空人这季新掌兵符的Bo Porter则说，他对Culbreth感到相当抱歉，已致电表达歉
意，而他的认知是，他先换了投手，但既然对方换了原先的打者，那他当然可以再换
不过呢.....这明显错大了
