The position holder is to provide 1st level 24/7 break-fix support for OEM har
dware (Dell, IBM, HP servers) in a data center environment. Primary responsibi
lities include:
‧ Provide remote hands and eyes for customers
‧ Hardware and software configurations and installation of managed products
‧ Create tickets within established ticketing system
‧ Work with customers, system engineers, and management to communicate ticket
status
‧ Analyzes, diagnoses, and troubleshoots hardware/server issues with focus on
responsiveness
‧ Maintains inventory and documentation of activity.
‧ Escalates more complex issues to technical support team in the U.S

‧ Bilingual English/Mandarin required.
‧ Technical college degree or equivalent experience.
‧ Three or more years of experience working in a data center or similar envir
onment
‧ Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Windows
‧ Ability of lift up to 50lbs of equipment
‧ Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and good working discipline, enjo
ying remote working environment
‧ Familiarity with ticket tracking software and below equipment is a plus

[薪资福利]
休假依法令规定,月薪NTD60000~80000,依经验核薪,保障13个月
