最近通过东大公共政策大学院的国际学程
Master of Public Policy/International Program (MPP/IP)
第一阶段的书面审查
(第二阶段的面试没有被安排Skype真人面试，说之前申请时提交的Kira Talent录影面试
已经足够）
然后收到学校发来的email通知说可以申请2/18截止文部科学省奖学金MEXT Scholarship
(这个email应该是发给所有通过第一阶段书面审查的人)
不过我后来爬文发现台湾人好像不能申请MEXT，因为跟日本政府没有邦交关系
在guideline上也有写：
“Nationality: Applicants must have the nationality of a country with diplomat
ic relations with the Japanese government. Applicants who have Japanese nation
ality at the time of application are ineligible. However, Japanese nationals t
hat reside outside of Japan at the time of application, having dual citizenshi
p with another country, and plan on relinquishing their Japanese nationality b
efore arrival, may apply.”
上一篇在ptt分享说台湾人不能申请MEXT的文章是2009年，不知道十年过了还是一样吗？
我知道因此有交流协会奖学金，但交协对于2020/09入学的，要在前一年六月就考试了。
但那时候MPP/IP连2020的招生简章都还没出来...
如果申请英文授课项目的台湾人没办法申请MEXT，又错过交协的奖学金申请时程的话，是
不是没有其他奖学金可以申请了？
