请问国外网站用DHL寄件，但是寄错包裹，我已付关税，我写信过去要求退关税费用，我
知道关税不是他们收的，但因为他们寄错导致我需要付这笔关税我觉得很不合理，以下是
他们的回信，想请问意思是他们会补寄一个价值0的包裹，所以我不会被收这个新包裹的
