我信箱也是先收到一封Title为 Confirmation of Return from ASOS的E-mail
我这张订单是12/27出货的,收到这封信之后我有到Facebook上问ASOS能否重新递送包裹
以下是回复的讯息:
I can see that this one was returned back to us, this may be simply down to
human error or there may be an issue with the address so it's worth double
checking the one we have for you. As we've already sent over the refund we're
unable to send the order back out to you.
没有办法将未成功递送的包裹再重新寄一次给我,只能直接等退款
他们也发现他们系统有地址上的错误,这个从ASOS他们Facebookg上的访客Post可以看到
不只有台湾,很多人都留言说超过工作天仍然没有收到包裹。
