很多年前，台湾的舶来品，扣掉关税造成的差距后，售价还是美国的两三倍
这个是因为台湾过去保障进口商的专卖权，只有代理商能够在台湾专卖品
牌商品，所以各国可以有自己不同的定价
后来，台湾开放真品平行输入，代理商没有专卖权了，自此舶来品的价钱就
下来了，甚至有代理商自己也做水货商，百货公司卖一个价钱，另外在网络
上用另一个公司的名义来销售，用的是另一个价钱
想买贵的，就去百货公司买，想买便宜的，就到网络上买
所以药价差要怎么处理？开放药品可以自由进口就好了
