对侯友宜说不出流利英语不意外！罗致政失望：没展现新北国际面貌

新北市长侯友宜28日受邀至世界兽医师大会晚宴致词，民进党立委罗致政今（30）日表示
，对侯市长，不意外，但仍然有点失望。他说，“不意外”是不期待侯说出流利英语或国
际视野；“失望”则是侯没把握机会展现新北首长的格局，以及新北的国际面貌。
罗致政今透过脸书发文表示，具有160年历史的世界兽医师会（World Veterinary
Association)首度在台湾举行大会，此次参加的兽医师有3000多人，其中有800多位是来
自70多国的国外兽医师，是非常难得在台湾举行的国际盛会。
罗致政说，侯友宜以特别贵宾身分受邀致词，但对于其现场表现，他只能说“不意外，但
仍然有点失望。”他说，不意外，是本来就不期待侯市长会说出流利的英语或特别的国际
视野；感到失望，则是因为新北市民、民代，对于侯即便用中文致词，都未能把握重要国
际场合的机会，展现新北市首长的格局高度，甚至是新北市的国际面貌，实在感到惋惜。
罗致政纳闷，到底是幕僚无能力为侯友宜准备一个像样的致词稿？还是侯不把这国际活动
当一回事，随便讲几句话应付一下。
罗致政并附上侯友宜晚宴致词的中文逐字稿，以及主办单位现场英语口译的文字整理。全
文如下：
侯：昨天到新北市的淡水逛、参观游轮，好不好玩？
（口译：Yesterday you all went to Tansui, did you have a good time there?）
侯：你们应该主办单位，谭理事长、还有我们江前会长齁，你们应该把贵宾齁，多留几天
。由于新北市有许多好玩的地方，如果明天还有机会的话，是不是我可以有机会再帮各位
多服务一下？
（口译：So, I’d like to thank the organizing committee Dr. Tan and Dr.
Chiang. And I would encourage the organizers to arrange a few more days
because New Taipei city is really a great place. Maybe next year I can invite
you all once more.）
侯：Yeah. Good. Tomorrow. Once more.

侯：其实我们新北市是全台湾最大的城市，那光我们新北市的兽医师就有600个兽医师，
所以对全国大概数一数二最多的兽医师。所以我们新北市的这些宠物啊，照顾得非常得好
，所以请大家安心。我们的竉物未来搞不好会比我们的出生人口还多，我们一定会照顾得
更好，所以希望这一场会议让我们人类的健康跟动物的健康跟环境因素能够全球卫生一体
，照顾所有的永续环境、永续农业，谢谢大家。谢谢！
（口译：Actually, New Taipei City is the largest city in Taiwan. And we have
six hundred vets, which is also the largest number inTaiwan. So, all our
animals all are all well taken care of. Please don’t worry about them.
Because very soon we will have more pets than we have new-norm babies. So, we
’re gonna take better and better care of them because the health of the
animals and the health of humans and the health of the society is all
connected together. Thank you.
