当年如果政府有绝对的魄力，
直接强行装填燃料棒完商业发电。
我看现在不但没有缺电问题，
电价便宜还能吸引更多的厂商来台投资。
搞不好台湾因为太多国际大厂来投资，
国际地位太重要了申请入联或独立不是难事。
可惜发展至今事以愿违，
使台湾在天然气大涨中油大亏物价上涨之时民众更痛苦。
看来“魄力”真的是非常的重要也是胜利关键啊。
