根据他们综合内容，这些需要打两剂的疫苗只打一剂，会是这样
-Pfizer-BioNTech : 21天内预防症状效果约80%
-Moderna : 28天内预防症状效果约80%
-AstraZeneca : 90天内预防症状效果约70%
这边要注意两点：
1.超过这些天数效果未知，因为没有研究
2.这边说的效果都是预防症状，不是预防感染covid-19，预防感染效果会更低
