所有参赛片须合乎以下条件之一：
01. Chinese languages (including official and vernacular languages used in the
Chinese-speaking territories of the world; dubbing not included) should be used
as dialogue in no less than half of the film. Films with no dialogue MUST meet
condition 02 as below.
一、Chinese语言须占全片对白一半以上，无对白片须符合条件二。
02. The director AND at least half of the main creative crew must be of Chinese
origin.
二、导演及半数以上的主创工作人员必须是Chinese origin（翻译：中国人干出来的）
试想，如果台片KANO要参赛
不就强迫要承认日语是Chinese language
还是导演马志翔（赛德克族、撒奇莱雅族）是Chinese origin
金马从当时反共为出发点（故名金马），到现在变成把台湾与台湾人跟Chinese绑在一起的
工具，不觉得很熟悉吗？
