安倍说如果疑虑得以消除将会考虑加入中国领导的亚投行
Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said Monday he could be open to considering joining
the China-led Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank if questions surrounding
projects’ environmental impacts and other issues are resolved.
安倍首相周壹表示如果环境影响得以解决，将会考虑加入中国领导的亚投行。
Abe made the remark on a Japanese television program following China’s hosting
of a two-day international forum on the “One Belt, One Road” cross-
continental infrastructure development plan the AIIB is set to finance.
在中国举办一带一路国际论坛讨论亚投行金融议题时，安倍参加了日本电视台的一个节目
时作出了上述的表述。
Japan and the United States, the main backers of the decades-older Asian
Development Bank, are the only members of the Group of Seven leading nations
not signed up to the AIIB.
作为亚开行的两位支持者，日本和美国是七国集团（G7）中仅剩的不参加亚投行的成员国
。
Sources close to the Abe administration have said the suggestion that Japan
join the AIIB has been recently gaining traction. Toshihiro Nikai, the
secretary-general of Abe’s Liberal Democratic Party, has indicated his
support for the idea.
消息人士透露已建议安倍政府加入亚投行并获得了关注。安倍所在自民党秘书长福井俊
彦已经表示支持这个想法。
Abe also said on the program that he wants to hold a bilateral meeting with
new South Korean President Moon Jae-in and Chinese President Xi Jinping on
the sidelines of the Group of 20 leaders’ summit in Germany in July.
安倍在节目中还说他想在7月的G20德国峰会时与韩国总统文在寅和中国国家主席习近平
进行双边会谈。
He said he hopes Japan and the other 10 remaining signatories to the
Trans-Pacific Partnership trade pact will be able to bring the deal into force
on their own following the withdrawal of the United States but also expressed
a wish for Washington to return to the pact in the future.
他希望日本和美国离开后TPP剩下的10国继续达成和签署TPP协议，同时他期望美国能够重
返TPP协议。
