: I have checked both our public catalogue and the system which runs behind it. There is no record of this thesis within the Library. I have looked in the Alumni database and it does appear that Tsai graduated with a PhD in Law in 1984.
: I am afraid that at this moment in time, I cannot confirm the existence of this particular thesis. I will look into this further for you. In the meantime, I ask for your patience.
