125.Order for maintenance of wives, children and parents.-
(1) If any person having sufficient means neglects or refuses to maintain-
(a) his wife, unable to maintain herself, or

Explanation.- For the purposes of this Chapter, -

(b) "wife" includes a woman who has been divorced by, or has obtained a
divorce from, her husband and has not remarried.

(4) No wife shall be entitled to receive an allowance from her husband under
this section if she is living in adultery, or if, without any sufficient
reason, she refuses to live with her husband, or if they are living
separately by mutual consent.
照他们的刑事诉讼法来看，离婚女性即便在离婚后还是这个法律上的“老婆”，但是如果
这位女性通奸（像这个新闻讲的），或者是在没有充分理由下拒绝与他丈夫共同生活或在
合意下分居时，就不能请求赡养费。

所以实际上印度法律的操作更男性主义，他们的高等法院只不过是赤裸裸地“依法行政”
而已。
印度法律阿，真的很“硬督”。
