Bolivia declares Israel a terrorist state
玻利维亚宣告以色列为恐怖主义国家

Bolivia on Wednesday renounced a visa exemption agreement with Israel in
protest over its offensive in Gaza, and declared it a terrorist state.
玻利维亚声明，断绝与以色列的免签证协议，以抗议以色列入侵加萨。并且宣告以色列为
恐怖主义国家。
President Evo Morales announced the move during a talk with a group of
educators in the city of Cochabamba.
总统 Evo Morale，在与一群教育工作者们谈话时，宣布这项行动。
"It means, in other words, we are declaring (Israel) a terrorist state," he
said.
“换言之，这代表了我们宣告他是个恐怖主义国家”
The treaty has allowed Israelis to travel freely to Bolivia without a visa
since 1972.
以色列自从1972年以来，就可以根据两国的免签协议，自由的往来玻利维亚。
Morales said the Gaza offensive shows "that Israel is not a guarantor of the
principles of respect for life and the elementary precepts of rights that
govern the peaceful and harmonious coexistence of our international
community."
Morale 说，对加萨的军事侵略，代表以色列不再属于“以和平与和谐共存的国际社群”
的一员。因为他们无法保障尊重生命和基础权利的原则。
More than two weeks of fighting in Gaza have left over 1,300 dead and 6,000
wounded amid an intense Israeli air and ground campaign.
以色列对加萨超过两周的空中与地面攻击，已经杀害了一千三百多人，同时伤及了六千多
人。
In the latest development, 17 people were killed after two Israeli shells
slammed into a United Nations school, drawing international protests.
最新的消息显示，以色列轰炸一间联合国的学校，导致十七名人员死亡，并遭致国际社会
的抗议。
Bolivia broke off diplomatic relations with Israel in 2009 over a previous
military operation in Gaza.
事实上，玻利维亚早在2009年就因为以色列对加萨的军事行动而与之断交。
In mid-July, Morales filed a request with the UN High Commissioner for Human
Rights to prosecute Israel for "crimes against humanity."
在七月中旬，Morales 已经对联合国人权理事会的高级专员提案，指控以色列涉及反人类
罪。
