看到这一段我感觉有点怪怪的，
confirm 一看就知道是“确认”的意思，
consent 或著 agree 才是“同意”的意思。
所以我去查了《牛津高阶》，结果如下：
consent v.
(rather formal) to agree to something or give your permission for
something
consent n.

2. agreement about something
3. an official document giving permission for something
confirmation n.
1. a statement, letter, etc. that shows that something is true,
correct or definite
2. a ceremony at which a person becomes a full member of the

3. a Jewish ceremony similar to a bar mitzvah or bat mitzvah
but usually for young people over the age of 16
虽然 comfirmation, consent 都有个 c 开头可是也不能偷换呀！
另外 confirmation 的第二个意思就是基督宗教的坚信礼／坚振圣事。
同意权同意一下而已，又不是要入教，
你是在坚信什么啦！
马英九还以为自己真的是上帝喔？行使同意权还要跟你坚信？
节录美国《宪法》第二条第二项：

consent 就是 consent 不是 confirm 好不好。
