ib竟然在今年更改了规定
原本是净资产要10万镁才收得到利息，不足的话一毛钱都没有
现在改成不足10万镁的话，也可以等比例收到利息
比如说净资产10万镁，某币别可以领5%利息的话
那净资产只有5万镁，也可以拿到2.5%利息
虽然领利息不会变有钱
但对小资族还是不无小补啊

Beginning January 1, 2019, accounts with a Net Asset Value (NAV) of USD
100,000 (or equivalent) or more will be paid interest at the full rate for
which they are eligible. Accounts with NAV of less than USD 100,000 (or
equivalent) will receive interest at rates proportional to the size of the
account. For example, an account with a NAV of USD 50,000 will earn credit
interest at a rate equal to one-half the rate paid by IBKR to accounts with a
NAV of USD 100,000 or more.
