Today I had a great meeting with one of our suppliers, not because of good pro
ducts, but the information about whipping punishment.
You may know that Singapore is a country following restrict laws, and caning
punishment is one of the famous rules.
In Singapore, if you were caught due to drunk driving, you will be given caning
punishment, let’s say maybe six whipping. However, normal people only can
stand for two whipping, do you think that’s all? No!!! After that, the law e
nforcement officer will bring you back to the prison and give you enough rest.
After you recovered, they will do again. So, it takes long time to finish the
punishment and it sounds really painful! No wonder many people suggest to hav
e caning punishment in TAIWAN.
Personally, I think it will work, but some people may still like to take their
chances.
I’ve no idea if it’s true. But it’s good to know some interesting things.
