一直被时态困扰，有时觉得应该是过去式却是现在式，有时相反。
这漫画里：First he warms our bowl, now he's feeding us. 前半句加温鱼缸是前不久做的事，原本以为应该讲 First he warmed our bowl，实际却是现在式。
最后一句 and you thought he was unfriendly. 我以前会想成and you think he is... 因为中文语境是现在式。
请问针对现在、过去式，有完整的文法解释、释疑资料吗？ 以前念过的文法书都讲得不完整。
类似状况是刚看完一部好看的电影，英文讲 the movie was great. 但中文语境是现在式, 造成一开始会以为是 the movie is great，但英文却是过去式。
