想请问一下以下强调句的结构

中间given to the present实在很难理解其结构 是为关系子句吗？但感觉that counts那
句才是修饰thought的关系子句呀

你自己不都知道是“分裂”强调句了吗……？ 还原成原本模样，就是“The thought which is given to the present counts.”which is 被省略，修饰though的东西是“given to thepresent”这一大坨，然后count是动词再加s

还有个问题 given to the present 要怎么翻译阿?变成主动句就是 present give the thought 吗? 这边的to可以改成by吗?
