懒得关程式，想同时开很多的人
想做成script来使用的人
ex:
lol排队时，去玩别的游戏，
排到后暂停其他游戏，减少CPU使用，停止其他游戏的声音干扰
谁不适合用：
不会用command line的人

关于想要gui的，我只能说你没搞懂程式用途，这个不适合你使用
cli就很好用了，有人想写gui也欢迎，我是没兴趣写
