之前一个月前已经有PO主诉自己臀部不舒服
连带使得臀部及下背部感到非常不适，看骨科跟复健科检查都正常，最后安排MRI后医生
说明没有椎间盘以及骨头的问题，只有些许的小面关节炎的症状，叫我吃一阵子的止痛药
物，不过吃了一个多礼拜，只有些许改善，况且吃药也不是长久之计。之前也有找物
理治疗师帮忙做徒手但是效果不佳，医生的指示是叫我多运动。不过目前真的是久坐也不
舒服，运动也没办法的情况该怎么运动？有爬文看是否高浓度葡萄糖（增生治疗）是否有
效?或者高频热宁对这个神经发炎有好的疗效呢？虽然有爬文看到要练核心肌群，不过上
班久坐真的是蛮不舒服的，也没办法好好运动，希望先把阵头压下来再好好练核心肌群。

Findings: MR of the lumbar spine was performed on a 1.5 T superconducting magn
et on supine position utilizing array spine coil with 4 MM slice thick on sagi
ttal planes and axial at L3/4, L4/5 L5/S1 and individual abnormal levels. Intr
avenous injection of gadolinium was not given. Puse sequences 1. Spin echo T1W
I on sagittal plane. 2. Spin echo T2WI and T2 STIR on sagittal and axial plane
s. Findings: 1. The signal intensity of the lumbar vertebra is normal for his
age. 2. The lumbar disk shows normal height and signal on both T1 and T2 weigh
ted images. No disk disease is identified. 3. There is no foraminal impingemen
t or canal encroachment seen on both axial and sagittal images. 4. The intrasp
inal contents including the conus, spinal roots, dorsal root ganglia appears n
ormal. 5. The paraspinal region shows normal size and signal of the muscle gro
ups and tissue planes. 6. The facet joints and ligamentum flavum appear unrema
rkable findings. IMPRESSION: No significant abnormal finding is identified in
the lumbar MR study. No disk herniation is identified.

太急了,我斜方肌拉伤吃止痛药吃了两个月,约半年才比较好增生治疗有没有效只有自己去试试才知道,每个人成效不同

有查过髋有没有问题？

之前照过X光（髋）骨科也说没有异常
