早上晨读会导读的是第四封信—基本潜修步骤一二三，步骤三：太阳心法。或许受到以媛
解读内文时刺激，强调一天24小时，全球超过70亿人口，全部承接同样一个太阳光，为什
么每个人会有截然不同的生活和命运?在分享时段一位同学怯生生地发言吐露其极端郁卒
的心声，知道她是在灵魂深处呼喊，鼓足勇气才会提问，让以媛很受感动也心痛。当一个
人能量明显不足的时候，其情绪和思虑会陷入极度的负面，这位同学提到自己目前的状况
，希望能得到一些到底怎么做的方向。以媛当时的想法是，这样严肃的提问最好由太阳盛
德导师亲自解答。但以媛知道如果不能立即给同学一些建议或指引，晨读会结束后她很可
能更为忧烦又六神无主，而做出傻事也未可知。
于是首先肯定她愿意面对现状并勇敢地表达内心的困顿和无解。以大卫霍金斯的“意识能
量阶”来看，多数人的能量都低于200，因为大多被自己的习气、五毒、我执等负面影响
，直到愿意确实反思自己的缺失，直面自己的问题并寻求解决之道，表示愿意面对并接受
现时的自己，光凭这样的勇气，其能量阶已经增至200，此为正负能量阶的转折点，至为
重要。此外，以媛鼓励同学无论何时，只要觉得不对劲，就做阳光呼吸法，深呼吸数次后
定神，再观想太阳调拨能量，并请导师驻顶给予强大的支持力量。向太阳公公诉说自己的
心事，纾解心中的压力，提问寻求天地的解答，祈求行愿成真等等，将太阳公公视为世上
最强的靠山，无所不谈。只要有时间，每天重复做数次心法可有助于安定人心，专注当下
，也帮助杂乱思绪回归澄澈。最后询问同学是否愿意尝试刚才建议的方法去不断练习，回
答的声调已经较前大声且稳定，表示已经搭上能量场，有向上提升之势了。

1. 感恩月修协助晨读会的控台及协助录音，让以媛可以顺利主持并能及时上传录音档
给天圆机构。
2. 感恩姐姐老远从平镇北上，给以媛送来忠正学长公司研发设计的得奖口罩。
3. 感恩小弟和弟妹为了让亲家母顺利于月底搬来入住以媛在中和的房子，花了许多心
思和体力整理。今天再回去了解进度，已经是最后的油漆阶段。真是万幸。
