昨天晚上去台北教室上菁英会时，赶紧买了周日缺货的《点燃心灯得富足》的书，这是太
阳盛德导师著作的第64册书籍，也是“打开天地书橱 让阅读飞起来”共读小组的第一本
书，很有历史意义，以媛和大家正在写一段在超码系统修行、人生灵命成长的历史。
今天是以媛的超码日，在日常功课之外，加入了早上的“新人十日礼包导读会”共振时段
，事后再做了一些复习。为了赶上进度，将《点燃心灯得富足》带去美容院，一边整理头
发一边看书。的确如导师在书中所言：“《超级生命密码》是人生使用手册，而《点燃心
灯得富足》则是实际操作这本使用手册的重要指引与关键环节。”以媛一边看，一边想着
自己这几年在超码系统薰修，不论心态、逻辑、智慧究竟有无改变或增长?是否从因应每
日红尘生活中的各种境象牵涉的人事物，而在点滴中逐步掌握了自己内在深层的“我”?
真能非常认识自己了吗?知道自己的强项、弱项、习气、执念?经常给自己设限而裹足不前
或姑息找退路吗?以媛知道自己实修、实练、实证的火候还差得很远，结果不尽如人意，
但并不气馁，始终坚持做该做的事；和去习气、去我执继续奋斗，也清楚感觉到心性有成
长、有进步，和同侪或同学相较益显超码风范，这是值得安慰之处，也将持续跟着导师和
超码的脚步迈进。
02/06“太阳灵验运法”第27轮11日
1. 这几天在周一上班时被老板传染了感冒，每天用超码方法对治，做心法、深呼吸、
洗鼻子、勤喝柠檬水，症状一直在变化但都不严重。感恩自己决定调整了时程，没有参加
晚上的分享会，有机会能在11点以前就寝，也算给自己一次较长的睡眠时间。
