虽然心里已经厘清生活中没有空隙地将时间完全占满各种活动和工作，就是经常身心灵不
聚合，导致顾前不顾后而遗漏事和物的现象，其主因在于休息不够睡眠不足、精神不继。
但真正深究原因，应是根源自灵魂层的诸多习气综合后的结果。不想浪费时间、自我期许
很高、爱表现争取认同、顾全大局而承担责任，可能还有不安全感才想用付出和表现来获
取成就感等等，都是这四十年来在社会职场上力争上游的推力吧。也因此更巩固了刚烈的
本性，用意志力武装自己，维持振奋的精神，但身体却在日渐消耗。即使在超码系统薰修
，知道如何从天地调拨能量，面对生活中各种人事物情境而做适当的因应，长期下来仍然
反应在身体的诸多毛病上。
或许是超码修行的影响，这次在做重大决定时，不再像从前自己决定了就做了，会去请教
别人意见，丽珠、夏花、维宣、姐姐都从不同角度给了许多意见和建议，以媛自己必须综
合考虑后做出阶段性最适当的决定。重点就在如何确实止漏，在主要习气未除，工作仍然
繁忙也有责任在身之际，先以强化内功为主，做到调伏习气和去我的细修，给更多时间在
落实《弟子规》和研读导师丛书，完全整理和消化天圆机构提供的越来越多的资源等等，
否则盲目地做外功，不能收到期望的效果，也把时间精力消耗掉了，这就是以媛目前的现
状。
很高兴在进入超码将近五年时间，有自我觉察给自己机会，认真重新检视在修行的道路上
如何调整作法，可以走更长远的修行路。

1. 早上出门时在巷子里看到清扫树叶的工作人员，打招呼后感恩他认真扫落叶，看到
他笑得好灿烂，知道即时表达赞美和感恩是人际间最好的润滑剂。同样的方式用在景安捷
运站的票务人员，当他很热心地回答乘客问路的内容后，以媛由衷表达夸赞，对方显示的
笑容也给以媛很好的回馈。
2. 感恩姐姐老远从平镇到中和，带着沉重的包里有许多给以媛的东西，真是过意不去
。姊妹俩联袂去探视大哥，三人在愉快气氛中带给大哥一些亲情和关心。
