今晚有幸导读《幸福跟着来》3-16“秘密伤人”段落时，有很大感触。回想过去周围的同
事经常喜欢告诉别人某些事情，又要别人保守秘密。不论那件事情是关于第三者或是自己
的，最后总会被另外的人知道，对自己或他人造成伤害。大部分的人都很难替自己或别人
保守秘密，总想告诉别人，把内心的压力卸掉而让别人分担，此时就别指望对方会守密，
因为对方也要宣泄压力。
以媛自己的个性是从不喜欢听别人说长道短，尤其是“秘密”，知道这些经常都是日后横
生是非的主因。观察也有少数人有类似态度，通常根本拒绝听别人的“秘密”，因为通常
都是没有营养、没有价值的事情。若真在无意间听到了，也因为事不关己，不清楚其中的
来龙去脉和可能牵扯的因缘果报关系，不必也无从评判对错好坏，就如过眼云烟般在记忆
中消除，此时也就没有所谓保守秘密”的需要，因为早已放掉。

1. 感恩同事小杨分享他如果与老板间对某件事情有不同看法，尤其是牵涉到工安疑虑
时，他会如何因应。三四月时电厂棚架施工期间经常下雨耽误工期，老板为了追赶进度催
促工班开工。但因为天雨，房舍顶棚湿滑会有工安风险，小杨基于安全考量违背老板指令
，对领班说一切遵照工安规定，所有责任他来承担。事后婉转向老板报告并提醒，若不按
规定在潮湿状况下在顶棚施工，发生工安事故公司完全无力承担任何赔偿，老板虽然心急
如焚也只能勉强接受。相信他也会感谢小杨尽到干部的责任，即使和老板意见不合，仍然
做出正确的判断和抉择，避免日后可能的风险损失。这样的事例也建议给厂长，做为他与
老板互动时进退拿捏的参考。
