今天是2月28日国定假日，以媛一早如平常日做完早课、瑜珈出门上班，完全没有想到放
假这档事。结果一路上风和日丽、交通顺畅。南港软件园区鸟叫虫鸣，寂无人声，还惊喜
见到许多树枝长出嫩绿新叶，生意盎然，好不可爱。当询问警卫确认放假，还是决定去到
办公室，上午专注于整理公事上的文件，下午则准备“科技人沙龙”的直播内容，心无旁
鹜，效率一级棒，晚上还去保养头皮，过了充实的一天。
以媛免不了仍然反省了一下，明明是放假日不用上班，为何头脑里没有一丝念头以至于完
全忽略?除了粗心以外，以媛知道是被两种“惯性”驱使，一为周三是上班日，必须在这
一天完成许多公事上的工作，弥补前后两天超码日可能耽误的事情。第二为修行无假期，
以媛将工作视为修行的一部分，在规律的作息中去做该做的事情。以媛发觉即使每天生活
时程安排看来千篇一律，但其中内容有诸多变化和挑战，仍然要求弹性和创新，使得在稳
定中求变化，平淡中有趣味。今天放假却去“上班”，也算一种无意中造成的变化吧。重
点是把想做的、该做的完成了，也是一种夺标囉。
02/28“太阳灵验转运法”第19轮第11天
1. 长久以来从未在意过头皮的保养，但最近一段时间头皮经常发痒，而且掉发很多。
看中医调理后掉发现象改善，但发痒依旧。熟识的美发师听到以媛的困扰后，用一种特殊
仪器显微扫描头皮，发掘许多红块，甚至有抓伤的血块。可能是睡眠不足或其他压力形成
头皮过敏、毛囊阻塞等等问题。天底下没有解决不了的问题，感恩有美发师协助护理头皮
，相信一段时间保养后，可以彻底改善。
