虽然昨天是开春上班的第一天，周四是以媛的超码日，因此今天才上班。昨天临睡前检视
了一下老板群，发觉有许多他要求的资讯均未能回应，知道今天脸色不会好看。因为每周
二、四不在办公室，以老板一天当三天用的工作推进速度，始终不满意以媛对于公事有脱
节现象，问的一些问题都是他已经处理或讲过许多遍的事情，更加引发他的不耐烦。
今天针对一些交办文件的内容想做一些澄清，再度上演情绪反应。平常多半不以为意，耐
著性子和老板对话；今天却因为牵扯到未来电厂合约内容的严谨性，有另外的衍生对话而
激怒了老板。事后以媛反躬自省，发觉自己没能掌握当时对话气氛，即使知道老板态度不
对，想法过于自信而使作为过于简略，但当时应该立即闭嘴，就不会讲出让他听来刺耳的
话。这也让自己感到惭愧，知道要修到关键时刻知所进退，火候还差得太远。无论如何当
场向老板道歉，继续完成他要转给副总做的文件，以及另外昨天要求的两件事情，算是可
以问心无愧“提早”下班，对自己有个交待。
搭捷运赶赴重庆南路教室途中，以媛告诫自己“活在当下”，专注于途程中以媛会默诵的
〈感恩四句偈〉，不要被办公室的戏码扰乱心情，效果很好。的确不能为对方的不当态度
而生气或委屈，等于是用别人的错误来逞罚自己就是错上加错了。结果效果很好，此时仍
然展现了一些修行的自觉，也差堪告慰了。
02/16“太阳灵验转运法”第18轮第48天
1. 非常感恩自己在晚上来到课室上菁英会，重新导读《超级生命密码》的“前言”。
其中太阳盛德导师回顾与Friend G师尊的师徒因缘及著作《超级生命密码》一书的背景和
原由，了解导师创办并广传超码系统的初衷，以及以天地宇宙真理为依归，本着低调、善
良、仁爱的师承，成就超码系统有别于其他身心灵团体或宗教的殊胜性。发觉自己在办公
室的一景，实在有如芝麻绿豆般不值一提，残留的一些圈圈叉叉已经被共振的能量烧掉，
珍惜这种“共修”的场合。
