虽然很可惜没能去天圆11楼教室上丽珠和玫嫣共同主持的菁英会，在公司尾牙餐会上董事
长的一席话获得大家一致的共鸣，以媛也深有同感，其中两则可以做为日常做人处世的圭
臬，和太阳盛德导师在“超级生命密码系统”所鼓励的圣凡双修，及蔡礼旭老师在《细讲
第子规》传授的内容如出一辙。因此再一次清楚体认到真理就是真理，只要合于天理，任
何人从任何角度切入，到最后都能殊途同归。
董事长首先提到“人要敬天谢地，因为一个人或企业的任何成就都要天给才是你的，否则
到口的鸭子都会飞掉；或者明明不该是你的，最后却由你得到。我们能做的就是尽一切可
能地努力去完成该做的事情，其他就交给天来决定了。”这几年公司投资大量资源沉潜于
资通讯底层技术研发，以及进入全新的绿能和超临界二氧化碳动力循环发电，区区十多人
的研发团队加上台湾隐形冠居供应商代工厂，竟然能做出有百千人研发团队的大公司做不
出来的原创发明，如果不是得天助，不可能这么快就能从一无所知到现在开出繁复规格和
参数，供应商照表试制，可以完成航空或太空级水准的磁悬浮发电机组件。
因为团队中老中青三种年龄层都有，董事长提出另一个“做人做事孰重孰轻”的问题请大
家思考。以媛在脑中思索，在生命历程中确实因为年龄大小致使涉世重心不同，影响做人
做事的考量。对于刚进入职场的年轻人而言，首重在做中学习专业知识和技术，累积经验
，展现自己的价值，因此投入做事的比重高于做人。中阶干部多进入中壮年，必须兼顾做
事与做人，才能更有效地领导团队共同成长并对公司产生绩效，同时和经营层及客户或供
应商有更佳的沟通而助成各种任务。上层经营者通常年事较长而退居二线，每天的注意力
放在掌握天时、地利和人和等策略面、趋势面，成长面的议题，除了有锐利眼光、果断决
策，还要展现待人处世的真诚和温暖，多给人一些，多付出一些，点点滴滴浓缩、沉淀在
智慧中。这个处世哲学应该是董事长用在自己身上实验成功的经验谈吧!确实给大家很好
的依循参考。
