上午上太极拳课程，接受曼青先生弟子干啸洲先生所衍生的干门太极拳董老师的指导。以
媛自幼接触太极拳，但真正理解太极拳精髓的机缘来自于跟董老师学习。董老师透过其个
人师承干师爷的心法与诀窍，和他愈臻成熟的“太极生活化”功力，将太极拳蕴藏的智慧
钜细靡遗地传授给学生。干师爷送给董老师的一幅墨宝是：“太极玄理 唯诚得之”。以
媛立即将其对照到太阳盛德导师经常说的话：修行修真。只有以赤诚真心一心向正道，才
有可能与天地同源同频共振，贯通宇宙真理，在天地人一体的状态下灵命得以超脱。
以媛何其幸运，能在六十岁以后得遇两位明师，均为身心灵三个面向同步均衡发展的引导
，一位从心性灵命切入，另一位则从太极心法做传承。结果合于天理的正信正念，最后都
会殊途同归。两位明师将承袭于中华文化精髓的体悟，无私地口传心授给弟子，这是多么
珍贵的师承传统。虽然都没有经过正式的“入门拜师”，却在师徒都珍惜此缘的状况下持
续前行，不会终止。
自从知道导师会在台湾做年底的讲座行旅，接续10/1夺标课程的心情不感松懈。眼看着明
天就迎来第一场的台北“黄金共修”课，思考着如何安排行程完成心法、包书、发书、志
工、上课、写心得，加上12/24第二波票务冲刺等所有事情，内心雀跃又期待，相信内外
双修做天地事，一定可以在天眷下一一高品质完成。

1. 因为先生在国外月余，今天第一次和大家共进晚餐，大姑卯足全劲做了一桌子好菜
，大家吃得津津有味，先生也一副满足的样子。这种平凡的幸福其实是难得的富足，以媛
寄珍惜也感恩。
