人总是要随着一些生活中的变量，做活动时间的调整，一旦调整了并且尽力去做，就不要
瞻前顾后，让心情七上八下。当事情完成了反而有一点成就感，知道自己可以因应变化，
完成任务。这是目前以媛心情的写照，因为刚刚完成原本惯例在周四晚间“科技人沙龙”
的直播，是在周三办公室最忙的时间，下午还带大哥回诊。但是一旦设定了“必成”，就
可以定心规划相关事宜，一样一样去做，也就适时完成了。这应该是“夺标”的其中一种
心理素质和执行的态度吧。
无意中看到曾仕强教授临终前公开录制的一段视频，非常感动。曾老坐在床上，背后墙壁
的一幅字写着：“中华文化源于易而成于孝 为孝道而跑 人人都有责任。”曾老说在人生
最后阶段感到安慰的是，儿女都在旁边“陪伴”，以一种安静、沉定的心情耐著性子陪侍
在旁，没有紧张、喧闹、过度关切，只是将心比心地和父亲一同面对死亡。“陪伴”是一
种设身处地“将心比心”的心态，适用于父母陪子女学习，子女陪父母养病等等，几乎所
有的人际相处情境，均可以适用。没有勉强、压迫、不悦，心甘情愿，双方都很舒服。以
媛领悟到，这就是真爱的表现，适时、适度给予对方需要，且乐于接受。
